One Rep Max Calculator

The one rep max calculator uses a number of parameters to estimate the maximum weight you will be able to lift for one rep.  Enter the most weight you have lifted for any number of reps.  If you are unfamiliar with RPE leave it empty.  RPE, or rate of perceived exertion, can be used to estimate a one rep max for lifts that were not taken to absolute failure.  See the diagram below for an explanation of RPE ratings.  For example, if you completed 3 bench press reps at 100kg but could do 2 more this would be an RPE 8 and would give the same estimated max as 5 reps of 100kg.
